By on January 23, 2015

As the Who song says, “Who are You…”, we need to understand this concept because it is only the single biggest mental factor that determines how you will perform. It is a deep set of beliefs that creates a self-fulfilling prophecy.

In this discussion with my Lead Instructor Rob Bowser, we discuss what Identity is and how to get your beliefs about yourself to line up with what you are trying to accomplish.

Let us know in the comment section what you learned from this discussion.

THIS IS DANGEROUSLY CLOSE TO SELF DECEPTION.I DOUBT THAT HOGAN,PALMER OR NICKLAUS WOULD ADVOCATE CONMANSHIP. ITS STILL IN THE DIRT. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTION FOR HARD WORK ON A PROBLEM FACED HONESTLY

Its not self deception. Its taking an optimistic approach and believing that you are not a Bad golfer. You are a golfer that has areas that need improvement and the ability/possibility of being better.
